I am almost always buying and selling here. I am taking my profits like always so I don't think anything I am doing is effecting the PPS in any way. My asks are up at .125 and higher and my bids are all in the .008 and lower area.
I am not getting a whole lot on either side but I do agree with your assessment of the trend.

IMO many expected a word from the company. When it didn't come they decided to let go of the shares at risk of being red in the near future and are now expecting to reload at a lower PPS. As bids begin to pile up around .008 and lower the MM will bring the PPS down to be able to sell to those bids.
I am personally holding my .005s because I still think longs have enough fight in them to keep the PPS from dropping that low for long.
I think the only thing that can threaten those 5s this year would be if the company raised the AS or if the tax selling gets heavy. That will only happen if the PPS drops back to the 5s before the end of Nov.

If Dan gave a crap about the shareholders he would put out a PR verifying what the various emails are reporting.

A PR stating publically that they have a new BoD and are working on a new business plan to be revealed in the near future the PPS would probably push up over .05 and settle down around .03. That would make the shareholders very happy and willing to hold their shares in the silence.

Dans actions (or lack of them) are the only thing causing the PPS to drop again. Just the tiniest shred of what he promised in transparency would cause the PPS to immediately stabilize at a higher price.
