So basically you are saying Foley is issuing stock to his own company at a steep discount, then he is turning around and selling that stock at market prices and pocketing most if not all the cash?

Yes, and it's illegals hell as an Affiliate sale and Foley's butt is now cooked. He will be going back to prison for securities fraud. And he'll be taking his idiot brother Jeffy with him, and WireTransfer Talyor as well.

The newly issued shares are being sold without a legal exemption from registration and also in violation of the volume limitations on de facto affiliates. DaFoleys are TOAST.
