$MINE NT10-K must be filed by the 29th. Expect OTCQB to be announced that day or 30th. Last year 10-K came a week early from its extension deadline.

Each OTC Level update, like OTCQB is just a stepping stone to keep track of to the next LEVEL.
Ultimate Level is NYSE or NASDAQ.

The UPLIST can happen at anytime between now and $4, if REQUIREMENTS have been met but generally happen sometime after $1-$2, depending on Professional Analyst Report, giving Value so that Institutionals can validate.

Those exchanges mean nothing in the real world. So they already gave up trying to be listed on a real exchange?
