I do respect your opinion on RXSF Doc, I am just disagreeing with your opinion on RXSF, using past history and current history as a guide to my "OPINIONS" on RXSF. No equity here ,they will need more than preferred shares. In my years in business, when the word probably is used, it is a back door.
No doubt to me, you are committed to RXSF and Management, I would ask Lorraine about buying preffered. At least you will have "some" protection as an investor in a product you believe in.
Most risk is on investors of RXSF, not them. They been funneling money back through AXIUS with RXSF convertible debt.
Follow the money.
