Call the building contractor building the subdivision there. No one is on this site doing anything.

Look at the large water body to the west....Show me an EIA and pollution prevention plan. ...this is an environmentally sensitive area with this water body....ground and surface water will be monitored to finite detail. Any exploration and mining will be challenged in court. There has been no townhall for public review, as required by the feds.
