Answer 1: no clue
Answer 2: shouldn't be a problem. probiotics wont affect bacterial resistance because they are simply putting bacteria in, not using antibiotics to kill them off or stunt any growth.

Only issue could be transformation or conjugation of the vector to another bacterial species in the GI. That could be an issue.

No. They have done none of the preliminary work that would be necessary to gain CBER and FDA approval for any research program at all.

This is why I have said that if they were telling the truth, then they would be breaking not just FDA regs, but the Nuremberg Code.

Of course, they are not conducting any research whatsoever, human or otherwise, and never intend to.

This is a pure fraud, a criminal conspiracy to defraud the naïve and gullible.
