Everything sounds great except the SEC doesn't write up 8K's. They review the 8K's filed.

Maybe he meant an SEC attorney write's up the company's 8K's. That would make more sense.

Talked with Joe Vasquez. Called me back in about 20 minutes. He assured me that the company would be 100% compliant with the 4 day requirement to file the 8k so if it doesn't come out today then the agreement wasn't signed until possibly this Monday. ...

Now the SEC has to fill out their forms for companies when the SEC doesn't have the information until the form is filed.

I can't believe that any investor would believe that the SEC puts out the 8Ks for companies, that's pure BS.

BTW-TBEV PRd the funding on the 9th(last Friday)given the
"4 trading days"(Monday the SEC was closed but it was still a trading day)so:

announced last Friday the 9th, Monday was a trading day, Tuesday was a trading day, Wednesday was a trading day and today makes 4.
