After being invested in a patent company for many years I can say from experience patents and agreements can be litigated many ways and that cost can be easily reduced.
The whole patent system has been weakened by congress in the name of eliminating trolls and weakenening Non Praticing Entities or NPE's.
Concepts like FRAND rates come into play as well as lawyers dissecting every word of a patent to eliminate it.
Titan needs to get a product to the market and the value of this company will increase.
