Well said. For some perspective from history it has always been like this. Create the illusion of an actual business, when in reality none exists.
It is all a ruse to consider the long history of insider enrichment. The previous two officers were banned for fraud, and the previous merger partner jailed for fraud.
A) This Softon company is really some buddy of Melvin's and they are very amateurish. From India no less...No real programming company would put out such a crappy Beta.
B)It was thrown together just over the last month or so. Melvin needed something out there in order to get some funding or something.
I still think it's real, but Melvin went about everything wrong....and it shows. Now he spend months getting this thing up to speed. Dumbass
