I really don't think so. The people collecting on a debt are out for one thing and that is to collect on a debt. And they don't care from which vein they take it.
I really wish these cats knew how to pump and dump. They would've made some money around their Nulief "launch". But they couldn't even get that right. Dilutors stifled any momentum at the biggest moment in the comapny's history. Jim Kras and Michael James know enough about securities and exchange to keep their asses out of jail and soak up every penny as if their actions have no consequences. There have to be eyes on them by now. But I've seen more egregious malfeasance involving companies that still trade today.
I think the bigger concern in all of this is the affect on Terra. I see similar market makers over there and there's a lot more at stake. Michael James is a disaster. Debt collectors are knocking and volume sucks. Bad news.
