How do you know which party, if any or all, have terminated the agreement? PXYN has historically made disclosures of this type 45 days after the fact!!

Similarly, theyve held material information, such as a multi hundred million dollar lawsuit filed by TPS, for 45 days from the public

So what assurances or comfort can you take from this that PXYN has kept shareholders current??
