You stopped short in your DD on SMEV Jeffrey Staller, Ajene Watson, Eric Novshen who all happen to be players behind the pump of PNOW. Judge ruled that the lawsuit couldn't go forward because of statue of limitations and the Plaintiff wasn't a buyer and seller of the stock. No where did it say they weren't guilty. You know why no buyers and seller brought forth a lawsuit? Cause these guys kept their names HIDDEN so the public never knew who perpetrated the pump and dump. You ever see a shareholder list for one of these two stocks? Ever provided names of the "executives" and "consultants" NO there's a reason for that.
