I averaged down to $.027 but it took me a long time because I bought in much higher.

Not worried though, I know this is cheap right now, thinking of the upside when the news hits, which I know is close! They have been working on the acquisition since March! I know these things are not easy especially when there are three Companies to close on as stated in the PR.
