Agreed but I still see it drifting to 3.80's before the surge. FDA is certainly not overnight unless it gets to the fast track and watching biel and the news that American Cancer Society now recommends fewer cancer screenings we could see less need at less for breast cancer detection with volitions nucleosomic tech. JMO!
