Why though? I didn't finish up the Demo Debate last night and believe the IBB tanked yesterday due to the DEMO's wanting to stop price gouging and control costs which is what started the hard slide in BiO just a short time ago. Did they not talk to that same point last night? It was really oversold yesterday but is there anything else fueling this bounce today?
