If you look at the middle of your post - the conclusion of the extensive 3rd party research report done a few months ago and giving SNET their estimate at .028-.042 pps --- this was predicated on only 34 claims. Now - we have 45 claims in total and clearly, claims that have finished both 3 and 4th stage of exploration and ready for mining consideration

Focus on this one line - Once the results of its explorations and expeditions are confirmed, management will decide on whether to enter into operations or to sell off its whole or part of ownership to a major mining firm.

One can't find better DD then in these exact words. ONCE THE RESULTS OF ITS EXPLORATIONS and EXPEDITIONS are CONFIRMED -- which has already occurred....

Checkmate ! Based on the DD that Commerce Resources and Ashram is not only located DIRECTLY next to Eldor and SNET- but- they have correlations with each other in the past.

Also- there is proven DD that 6 major REE's exist at Eldor! That is excellent when detaining valuation.

Finally - on both SNET website and Cohen Research Report - it clearly states that onto is the management working directly With the QUEBEC GOVERNMENT in a project called Plan Nord - a regional initiative to socially, environmentally, and economically develop the region. They are also working with the US government DOD as the metals mined are used in much of today's defense weaponry and technology.

Please read here fro more extensive research done on REE's and specific to SNET. It also provides details on Commerce Respurces, the mining company that owns the $2.3 bil project directly next to SNET property. The results done show that SNET property has higher radiation numbers than Ashram and Commerce! Huge!
