The summer was slow and sucked for all the good penny stocks. That happens every summer. I only own the best legit stocks. Now it is fall so the volume will change. Be careful you could see OWOO up multi pennies very soon and that would not take much with all the news and events.

He has been "Alerting" it since at least September 28th to his Team Billionaire. He wanted it to go above $.03 before posting it on Twitter. Shorting from over $.03 would net an easy 75% gain, but the stock never got that high because a ton of people didn't buy into it due to his emails "Alerting Team Billionaire."
