I think new investors want to see updated quarterly reports ft. significantly increased revenues. SVFC already stated it has provided services to a number of big name athletes.

I figured when I got the letter it was merely a way to get current shareholders to invest more money somehow. If it was actually news, they would have announced via a press release.
