Your second thought has crossed my mind. Sabotage they have. Even a blind man can see this. Who could it be? Delta? United? American? Who ever proposes a buyout is the one behind it all. There's no way in hell this should be taking this long. Foul play in effect here.
Leaning toward scam.. The Faa could've ended this a long time ago if they wanted. Baltia keeps failing the mini. No ones fault but their own. Its the excuses and lies that are ridiculous.
How about this is either a scam or the management of the company is so inept and over their heads that they cannot get the job done, IMO. Beyond ridiculous, IMO, was 4-5 years ago and 6.3 Billion Shares less.
