Wrong again. Treaty didn't go broke because of Belize. Treaty STOLE all the money... Who did they pay that would have even made them go broke??? There are lawsuits from ALL the contractors and suppliers claiming they didn't get paid. The money went to the crooks running Treaty Energy and the Promoters promoting the scam.

And where are those oil samples????????????
