Dan should also read the bylaws regarding the BOD terms and requirements ~ no submission by a shareholder is required ~ and they are currently in breach of the bylaws:

It does appear he (Dan) feels there will be no Shareholder meeting this year (2015) ~ as was suggested by the preliminary proxy submitted 09/18/2015, which lists the shareholder meeting taking place in 2015:

With his reply on proposals being submitted in 2015 (earliest) to 2016(deadline), within a 45 day window... who knows anymore.
