Released is last I think. Stop sweep and relist first though I have been long for years now and would be fine with stop sweep, relist and release all at once. Could happen I suppose.
Too many unknowns at this point. Warrants, preferred shares, whole thing illegal via Delaware case, other court cases involved, obvious fraud of the NWS and on and on.
One thing is for sure, the govt settling. They have way too much to lose.
So assuming we are released also means the NWS has stopped and we relist I think you could add at the very least a "2" in front of your "4" though honestly I think it will go much higher and again pending the terms of a release, much faster than most people think.
Its that whole "most profitable" companies thing backed by pretty nice collateral.
