There is no way this company would have become public, if it was not to be able to sell shares, thats why companies become public. So IMO there will be at least a AS raise, Danos even had said tat was a possibility at one time, and personally my bet is on a reverse split soon also. If Finns are even decent I doubt he would do it until he see's how market will react to fins first.
