Everyone's scared of VNDM which is dumb, he always runs when he gets smacked for 1MM+. If he wanted to dilute, he'd just dump into the bid. He's simply there for keeping the PPS down. Why he is, I dunno, but hopefully to keep the PPS low so to make the company an attractive acquisition/merger candidate IMO. :)
