Yes absolutely. UCSF conducts numerous Cancer Clinical Trials. The $ONCS MRK Combo is an excellent opportunity for UCSF to start their very special Commercial Combo EP+IL12/Keytruda Treatment Center. This would easily be a $Multi-Billion operation IMO.
