just my own opinion but the volume doesn't speak of a pump. The couple of mentions out there seem like small time mentions because the stock popped up on their radar or a small time 3rd party is paying to try to sell which doesn't seem practical IMO. You should look to the disclaimer to see where the story motivation comes from.
But a pump doesn't explain the increase to me. If the volume was up over 2M a day and the PPS climbed I would agree but there was really very little volume to push it up near .04 over the past few trading days
