I read many of those same articles and the conclusions of most of the angels has been "...were still looking" most are hesitant because of the quasi legal status and the risk of loosing everything just isn't worth it yet. but you can believe with Ca expected to do 2 Billion alone once rec gets going they are looking pretty hard and more and more will pull the trigger, imo.
I don't think trtc will give away control of the company. Each and every day the amount of funding we need gets less and less with EG profitable and IVXX selling so well.
