Very nice summary BK. It is comical how the CTIX PR's are never up to an acceptable "standard". I am not so sure a PR about a potential partership will even receive a warm welcome from some. Likely it will be construed as just wishful thinking or even false information from Leo.
I personally value PR's like today's because, as has already been posted, it describes the amount of work actually involved in making clinical trials happen. There are quality standards that have to be met for drug manufacturing which are not easy. Even the big boys have issues with their manufacturing from time to time. As CEO Leo has got to ensure that protocols are met and products are delivered per specification. He has to be responsible for a lot of roles in a small company like this. He deserves far more credit than he gets.

I want to know all that stuff. I just don't need it in a PR, I'm happy with a company website posting, shareholder e-mail, or notes in the quarterly SEC filings (ie the 10-Q).

PRs can be just for clinical starts, results, major FDA decisions, and partnership/licensing deals.
