Buy:sell, daily shorts & pps 10/13 2015 EOD

There were four pre-market trades totaling 14K priced $0.2406-$0.25.

Trading opened with a smallish 12,354 shares at $0.2421, a sell, and four minutes of low-volume trading $0.2508/$0.2550 was followed by a move down, on three minutes totaling ~34K, to trade $0.245/$0.253 on low volume with declining highs. 10:19/:21 saw ~55.4K trade that left the trading range at $0.2455/6 on low volume until 44.1K traded at 10:27 at $0.245/$0.2455, ending the period at $0.2455 at 10:31. 10:32-11:02 began with 19.1K through 10:37 with a wide spread, $0.245/$0.2529, followed by low-volume trading in that range with highs slowly dropping again, followed by lows rising even more slowly. Not so unusual for us, a big bid imbalance did not cause a taking out of the offers very quickly. We got a brief volume flurry at 10:56/58, ~39.4K, in the $0.2485/$0.25 range and we ended the period at $0.2487. 11:03-12:45 began with two minutes totaling ~33.2K in the $0.2464/$0.2506 range and then low-volume trading at $0.25/$0.2512 began with a slowly rising range that peaked at $0.2509/18 at 11:57 and then went very low-volume at $0.2502/17 with slowly falling range and ended the period at $0.25/$0.2504. 12:46-13:13 began with ~3.2K taking price to $0.2455 and the next trade at 12:49/:53 to price to $0.2451 on ~9.6K shares and entered low-volume trading at $0.2451/54 and ended at $0.2454. 13:14-13:25 was a volatile higher-volume period in the range of $0.2433 at first and moved up to $0.2499 by 13:24 and ended at $0.2468/99. 13:26-15:23 was a low-volume period starting at $0.2474/85 and quickly narrowed to $0.2476/7, with a slowly rising range peaking at $0.25 at 14:36 and then trading almost no volume until 15:04 when sideways low-volume trading at $0.2478/$0.249 took over to end the period. 15:24-16:00 began with ~51.3K in five minutes too price to $0.245 and began going sideways at $0.245/$0.2465 on low volume with the low going to $0.2455 at 15:45 and the period stayed at $0.2455/65 through 15:59 with almost no EOD volatility. The closing block was a very small 1,757 buy at $0.2465.

There were seven larger trades (>=20K plus one 1.8K), excluding the opening and closing blocks which didn't qualify, totaling 208,430 shares, 23.92% of day's volume, with a $0.2479 VWAP.

On the traditional TA front, movements of the open, low, high, close and volume were -3.16%, 0.21%, -0.78%, -0.88%, and -5.15% respectively vs. yesterday's -7.41%, -0.62%, -4.81%, 0.04%, -64.22% respectively. The reducing movements suggest the consolidation (sideways movement) is starting. I expect even lower volume. Lower volume will likely lead to wider spreads though (greater volatility) as MMs move price around to generate the volume upon which they make their money.

On my minimal chart it looks like we may have a consolidation started - either a triangle of the start of a sideways channel. We'll have to wait to see.

On my one-year chart it already looks like consolidation due to the reduce detail. As someone noted a few days back, looks to be centered around the mid-$0.24xx area. This is about midway between the long-term descending channel extremes. This also seems supported by the oscillators I watch going mixed, with momentum rising to just below neutral, MFI (untrusted by me) going flat and the rest weakening slightly.

As mentioned yesterday, since we are roughly at the mid-point of the down trend we just went through, this is normal behavior.

We are trading below the mid-point of the 13-period Bollinger, today's limits reading $0.1878 and $0.3665. Both are falling though, so that doesn't suggest any near-term impetus to move towards the mid-point.

In aggregate, no big change, near-term is suggested but if volume continues to fall increased volatility should appear and the tendency in those cases will be down as MMs make money easier by lowering price due to the naked shorting permitted.

Percentages for daily short sales and buys moved in opposite directions again, not suggestive of anything good, and short percentage moved even further away from my desired range (needs re-check).

The spread continues to contract and is certainly within a normal range now. So there's no suggestion of a big down move.

Heh! VWAP made an up move - imagine that. But you can see it takes after me - it was certainly a cautious move!

In aggregate, no big change suggested here. The normal tendancy would be some slight weakening or sideways.

As always, much is experimental and should be treated as such.
