I'm not impressed with Rose Snyder's work. For a 5 figure fee, they aren't really asking very many very obvious questions.
You would think that if Rose Snyder were hired in May (Or June), they would advise their client to file an 8K announcing the engagement and securing a "no objection letter" from the previous auditor.
October 8k announcing a June (or May) engagement???
If you get a PACER account you can get all records of all court cases. I can not remember what PACER stands for but I had one a long time before. When Toyota stolled a U.S. patent that went to mars on the mars rover. To small of a company to fight it in court.
