Dear Jerry,

I just had a few questions regarding the financial statements:

1. Has there been any progress on executing the licensing and operating agreement for Idria-Xun Enterprises Limited?

2. Have the auditors reviewed the rest of the financial statements? Is the issue with the financing and profit sharing agreement the only issue holding up the quarterly financial statements?

3. In a previous post, it was mentioned that auditors are delayed in completing the reviews of November 30 2014 and February 28 2015 quarterly reports due to their manpower restraints and not payment of the quoted fees by the Company. Have both these issues since been resolved?
