Nothing to enlighten here. SHs are being sued for these guys losing our money. If the 800++ grand was potential company money then I'm being sued over my share of the money that I prevented myself from getting by having a casual interest in stopping a fraudulent "merger" that would have drastically reduced my share of the money. I don't need to run the factoring here do I? But let's just say mine and your share after the "merger" would be practically worthless while a handful of self-seeking culprits would stand to benefit in a much larger fractional proportion.
This owing to issuing umpteen million shares to a certain hapless individual - what he was thinking, is anyone's guess but it was stupid if he accepted those - for obvious reasons. For starters, there will be a paper trail leading right up to his door ... need I say more?

In sum, I was sued.

Let's put it another way ... why would I think it a good idea to give you over say $100 ... you take MY $100 and run it through your laundry operation ... turn MY $100 into say $1000 for your pocket and you return to my pocket $0.00001 cent in exchange for MY $100? Why would I think that a good idea? Oh... I get it ... I must be a dumba-- ...

I probably would have rode off into the sunset a much wiser guy on how I invest my $100 with a lesson learned in the old school of hard knocks for next time.

But then if you turn around and sue for it. Are you kidding?

Wonder who thought suing was a good idea?
