remains to be seen if it's a bargain.

hopefully the plasma guys can add value here to the stock price. obviously uspr can use any help it can get. why, it was .15 just 3 months ago.

hopefully plasma can accomplish for uspr what their drilling so far has been unable to do. glad we are thinking the same way!!
