Preferred shares.

I'd like to know if the class of preferred shares are exempt from the R/S or not? Something I haven't been able to find since I'm new at finding such information in a 10k or elsewhere. I know there are the equity type and non-equity (voting).

I absolutely love the transparency of this company! It's just so rare to find in the OTC. They already have a NASDAQ mentality. Love it!
