Which BP partner are you gunning for?

I'm looking for CALICO to get the approval to invest Billions into Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, even if it means a minority stake into the company in the range between 15-25%

There was once a man who took the idea of a simple Google search and created a company Google and turned it into an absolute blockbuster...

That same man should quickly realize that a platform of PS Targeting drugs are much bigger than Google ever could be and finally decides to go public and allow a company such as Peregrine to flourish and expand far beyond the limitations that are in place.

Maybe they already have... because someone looks to already have according to March 2014 price surge to $3 and those CALICO UTSWM Abbvie ties were created for a reason

Months leading up to Sept 2012 brought us below a buck to $5.40 and now.... I wonder what the next couple months bring.
