Maybe sueing ex partners/investors? Not sure- I was interested about the timing of the extra shares the day before the ruling was supposed to happen. You all gotta admit for a public company PBLS operates with little sunshine.




There is a lien from the dept of labor on murphy from 2003- that also list Phoenix as a Mortgagor -wonder if that has been cleared up? Anyone know if records stay on file even if the lein has been removed?
