These are the Questions I submitted to Steve Weiss...Some of the questions were asked but altered or not asked at all....

1.Why in the 10Q does it state that one customer has 98% of the revenues and 75% of the receivables? How is that possible?"

2. Why Was there was a shareholders' meeting promised but never happened?

***WAS NOT ASKED

3.Why is one customer representing 98% of all the money being brought into the company? And WHO IS that Customer?

4.Why was the affiliate program cancelled without proper notice to its members?

***WAS ASKED AND ANSWERED, EY TOOK OWNERSHIP FOR THE MISTAKE....

5.Has the LOI Expired with NEOM? Is there any official ageemant between NEOM and SHRN?

6.Does Shelron Group CURRENTLY have any Official Agreemant with EBAY in which EBAY will PAY Shelron Group Commissions or any CPC Rate?

7. Why does the "1 Million Consumers Reported in a PR by Shelron Group Not Match the Web Traffic Monitored by 3 different websites?

8. Why Were Revenues so low in the 4th Quarter and 1st Quarter 2006 Compared to the PR's which were stating Millions of Page views and 1 Million Consumers?

9. What is the Average CPC Rate Shelron is getting? You stated Earlier in the CC that the Average for the industry is .40 to .50? but as we can see based on the PR's about web traffic that Shelron is not getting that according to the Revenues Reported?

***WAS ASKED, but according to the answer which was good IMO...AS is going to NEED alot more web traffic to Generate any Significant Revenues..thats what ya get when your the Middle man I guess..

10. When are you going to advertise in Print, T.V. or Radio....with who and when? And who have you advertised with in europe?

***Was ASKED but question ALTERED and EY had NO RESPONSE??? I guess thats a NO on the ABOVE...IMO

In Retrospect EY was only asked some of the HARD questions...and not the ones which I would of like seen answered.....Especially the EBAY one.....I would Bet there is no Agreemant for any Commission structure or any affiliate agreemant in place between Ebay and SHelron Group...Probably why the Question was not answered....Why do I think this? Because if there was EY would have been all over Promoting it..My guess is the EBAY link on the AS site is just a link..nothing Else.....jmho
