Getting answers to questions like that and posting them in this forum is a no-win scenario anyway,....

If it were to be announced that NNVC is going forward with work on MERS with PHE - then the parties who yammer about 'flavor of the month' and 'distraction' would have fuel to fan their fire.

If it were to be announced that NNVC is not going forward with work on MERS with PHE - then the parties who yammer about how management only 'wastes time and money' while they dither and act indecisively would have fuel to fan their fire.

So - why play that game to begin with? The trade-off (of course) being that either way 'we' have to listen to the yammering.

Trust your own judgment - either you have confidence in what is being done,.... or you don't. Make a decision, and live with that decision and it's consequences.

*btw - I have asked RE: PHE and MERS,... and have received answers that make sense to me*

I wasn't asking the question. I KNOW the PHE issue with MERS. Now, go ahead and demand that I provide the answer,…but don't ask management. THAT is my point.

I was using it as an example to help others see the true nature of management.

I have introduced MANY new issues (Ebola, PHE, facility not being completed and FULLY operational …), not, as you claim, the same old ones that BTW, are still unresolved.

It's hard to imagine how anyone can believe a company that says it has completed scale up and now says it is working on completing scale up. Or that says it didn't know it would need Kg scale materials when that was precisely what they heard at the initial INDA meeting with the FDA years ago.

Shall I go on?

Waiting for scale up to be complete is a fools game.

My flying carpet will hit the market sooner.

Flucide is finished, no longer a focus. They are putting all their efforts towards herpecide, though that will require a completely new INDA and a meeting with there FDA and a new Tox panel. Yes, the Tox will be shorter, but they won't get through the INDA FDA meeting for another year or 2.

Same as always, just another 18-24 months.

Amazing how they keep dangling this.

No Tox in '16 and no scale up in '16.

Remember when '15 was called a dead year? Couldn't have been more accurate for everyone except management who got a raise, and advance on their bonuses and an additional salary mark up on 20 employees.

That's what Seymour calls "a good year."
