I suppose it is possible that one of the BOD's was dumb enough to sign his company over to this scam, but I doubt it. DSUS is most likely an empty husk of a company - no real assets, and no real subsidiaries.

I guess the only way to prove that one way or another is for an investor (or group of investors) to file suit so that the true nature of the company's relationships with its "subsidiaries" can be revealed. I wouldn't get your hopes if you are a Series C shareholder, the odds are very much against any payback.

You may be correct. In their PR, they make these claims.
You may be able to stake claim to some of these.. That Purdy guy probably does not have much, he was trying to raise money on GOFUNDME I believe and he only raise about $150 I think and part of that was from another Drone Services DUDE.
