I think I will sell all my shares and short even more. Thanks everybody for pointing out my error. I did too much due diligence on this one and should have went with my initial opinion based on the history of the people involved. Instead I looked at the strength of the legal case. How stupid of me. I am sure the Judge will base his decision on this as well and dismiss the case.I will sell all my shares at the bid and hope I can short a bunch. WHAT A WINDFALL.
