Did your e-trade account send you an internal e-mail or notice of some type about the shareholder's meeting? I was able to vote through Scotrade and the document I could have printed had my Control Number for the proxy on it, maybe that will work. Or someone else on the board here may know...

Were you a shareholder of record on the record date, which I believe was May 2nd? (someone please post if that is incorrect, haven't looked it up to verify.) If so, as suggested, you may want to call, or email, your broker to track down your proxy.
