Both he and that BS lying CFO, and the other cronies BOD. Where he fashioned care to provide for his aging family, and spin that POS into another CEO income..
Where he hooked up to the china scam and promoted millions into his personal income, along with the pack of cronies.. and reverting back to the POS pod casting format where the originators claim he stole their business, ain't gonna change one dam thing. it's never paid its worth, and yet Spencer still has claims for $500 k salary, even if he and that BS CFO reduce their income to prior, they'll be doing exactly what they did before, BLEEDING a dead horse.
Yet in the little time you've explored,, read those financials for the millions that spencer and cronies were suppose to have paid investigators both here and China, and major accountants before and after the china deal, and yet, 1 single short spends but a few days to uncover the window of delusion??
You think for a second that this scam, this pack of cronies, who dumped every stock they could the moment the SEC allowed, was not aware then, you'll need to discover where Spencer and cronies pocketed the BS $$$ millions put out in due diligence, while a few days brought it down.
1 short, 1 vacation, and the scam uncovered >> easy as pie. .
