I saw that, If that covers preferred shares then I'm totally wrong and fully admit this and then see this reverse split as absolutely indifferent vs increasing authorized shares and/or increasing o/s share count. We all get screwed equally...and maybe this ends up a positive some weird way...
But I don't see it that way, I see convertible securities as only those held by debt holders, ie convertible loans
