Revenues. For the quarter ended June 30, 2015, we generated revenues of $5,024,290, compared to $3,711,801 for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, an increase of $1,312,489. The increase was primarily due to revenue generated by Edible Garden for the sales of its herbs and floral products and IVXX from the sale of its cannabis products.

During the six months ended June 30, 2015, our subsidiary, IVXX, purchased raw materials totaling $208,002 from an entity in which our Chief Executive Officer has an ownership interest. IVXX also sold finished goods amounting to $332,752 to that same entity.

Revenues. For the six months ended June 30, 2015, we generated revenues of $5,787,643, compared to $4,272,120 for the six months ended June 30, 2014, an increase of $1,515,523. The increase was primarily due to revenue generated by Edible Garden Corp for the sales of its herbs and floral products and IVXX from the sale of its cannabis products
