The company initiated a private placement stock subscription in January 2015 for 11,200,000
units as part of a $0.05 Unit Offering which each unit consisted of one common share and
one share purchase warrant. The exercise price of a warrant is $0.08 and the right to exercise
expiration date is December 31, 2019.
