It will have been like Xmas many times over before the patents get approved. The licensing deal with Coopervision will be approved before then, 501k approval will be before then and most likely the 1st generation Smart Contact Lens will hit the market before then. The patents, in my opinion will be the cherry on top of the sundae.

With patents being filed back in 2012 shouldn't there have been a decision made on a few of them by this point? Would be nice to see some granted.
