I spoke to Wayne today over the phone and want to clarify some things that he said, but I also want to ask some questions as I am not as educated in this as most of you. I asked him why the rs? He told me it is because of the no bid and some of the notes were unable to sell shares and because of that the company was going to be penalized. First off, can this have some truth to it? I asked him about the kiosks and the confidentiality agreement that he has with Artemis and he stated that the machines are almost finished and that the company "Artemis" is a Canadian company that is represented by a numerical ID hence why the name Artemis is not showing up in any of our DD. I asked him if I could have the ID but have received no response.
