All he did with AtmosRx was apply to be a reseller but was never approved. They said they sued him for the PR put out and they distanced from him completely. Anderson claimed he applied as GCC and it was a mistake but AtmosRx say he was never approved ...his PR was fraud to sell shares. And why did he not mention the name of the company who was helping make strategic moves? Who was that Ct based firm? Hmmmmmmmmm
I once knew a pinky CEO who would get a company number and call the receptionist. He would say that he must have called the wrong number but then he would tell shareholders he has been "in talks with such and such company" and "a deal was in the works" and show them the record of the call on his phone saying...."See, look this number up and see who it is!!!" Of course then those shareholder fueled the rumor mill like gasoline. That's probably pretty close to how Wayne operates also.
It's really hard for an honest person to understand just how dishonest people can be.
