#24024 RE: mikeg2 #24023

Mike, For myself I have to admit that the insights these recent days from KZMike and MerthyrQ are quite tantalizing for my arousing desire to obtain high expectations to come officially from Bourque Industries, this as my mindset tells me that hearsay like this for something factual status of Bourque Industries is unattainable as valid for a Buy signal, as my cartoons have mockingly placed out of reach.

The information so reported would qualify as solid communication from John Bourque to the shareholders even thought as you noted that it contains no status of active developments so mentioned in the recent financials, which would result if mentioned, as to time lines of expected sales, if already initiated.

Perhaps with a visit to the lab, that included a person-to-person talk with John Bourque, might open up a confidential dialog with exhibits of Kryron in depth, unavailable to the public, if signing an NDA agreement upon arrival would open up that possibility.

Guess it depends on one's motive to receive such information not afforded to the public, for if its just to get answers of past history rather than to obtain confidence needed for purchasing BORKs at this one cent level, then to me a visit is a moot experience as I only desire a final outcome of success to arrive so that I can start the selling of my holdings. But once again my view is that those having an average pps far above today's BORK penny level that exceeds one dollar will never obtain but a small fraction of their investment even if success arrives to this company based on what may be ten times the issued shares out now compared to when these investments were made in 2011. That I mean whatever a purchase at $4.00 in 2011 has today an effect of a by-ten dilution with the present billion shares issued if one translates success in the near future to equate to the expected success held as real to-soon-be in 2011. Thus a $4.00 pps successful BORK in 2011 is today in 2015-2016 a tenth, or $0.40 pps successful BORK, or to return 40 cents on the dollar invested at the time in years to come when Bourque Industries is a stable successful company.

My opinion is that BORK's pps will travel towards ten cents ($0.10) over the months or a year once Bourque Industries starts to release positive new. This as it will take years before Bourque Industries become fully functional, plus as that phrase speaks "It take money to make money." Bourque Industries ability to obtain revenue without itself doing the manufacturing of Kryron tells of any revenue obtained to be transferred as payments to those having the manufacturing capacity. Knowing the BAM attempt for Bourque Industries to obtain its own manufacturing facility resulted in a debauchery of sorts I doubt any attempt for another will be received by investors. So here the only way Bourque Industries can ramp-up is with new investors, and the only value Bourque Industries has to trade is issuing more shares for such that of course includes issuing the same number to John Bourque so he keeps his majority share count. Expect in 2016 Bourque Industries issued share count will be multiple billions that will dilute the holdings of the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders far greater than today, that with an expected reverse split like 10:1 to bring the share count to acceptable levels for the market to smile upon Bourque Industries. If so, then at that point John Bourque and the new investors will still hold their percentages while the current Hurting in the Dark Shareholders will experience at the end of the tunnel with the light shining on a successful Bourque Industries an average pps a hundred times whatever a final BORK will obtain as a successful company.

I'm sure John Bourque, when he obtains a billion dollars, will reply with Donald's Trump's slogan to the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders, "Nothing person, its just business."
