Do you believe the handling of the ctix uplist has been transparent? In my opinion if it was transparent the board would not have been guessing about it for the last year.

I own shares of that other stock, I was not happy with the R/S and still not a favorite of R/S, even though the stock is still moving up. There were those calling for 100 dollars pre split, now with a 4:1 ratio the stock might hit 100 quicker, but we own 75% less. MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT TO SEE A R/S HERE!
